She was born on January 13, 1969 in the city of Baku.
She left secondary school No. 52 in 1986. In the same year she entered the Institute of Russian Language and Literature named after M.F. Akhundov (now Baku Slavic University).
She graduated from the same institute in 1991 with honors.
From 1994 to 1999 she worked at the Republican Art Gymnasium.
2003-2004 she has been a part-time teacher at the “Russian language” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics;
From 2004 to 2013 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the same department.
In 2009 she defended her dissertation and is PhD in pedagogy.
Since 2013, she has worked as a lecturer at the department of Russian Language.
She is currently a lecturer at the department of Foreign Languages of UNEC.
She is the author of more than 20 scientific works.
Married and has two children.
