Professional Managers met with UNEC Students
Meeting related with administration system was held at the School of Business and Management of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on October 14.
The Director of the Department of Coordination with Construction Companies and Issuing Licenses of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Fuad Sadigov and Chief of the State Control Service on Technical Regulation under the State Committee of Metrology, Standardization and Certification Abulfat Imanov attended the meeting. The School Dean, Assistant Professor Miragha Ahmadov spoke of the increasing demand for professional managers in the modern labor market. He said, UNEC alumni occupy a special place in this market.
Head of the Department Management, Professor Kamil Shahbazov noted that such meetings contribute to improving students’ skills. He stressed the determination of the characteristics of the human resources mobility in strengthening management system, application of business methods, international aspects of management, resolution of organizational conflicts and the application of divisional structure.
Head of the MES Department F.Sadigov spoke about the directions of improving forms and principles of new management paradigm of Azerbaijan’s construction companies.
The Chief of the SCSMP service A.Imanov revealed new techniques and methods of motivation, organization’s development plans, management and development of decisions.
The event went on with discussions; students’ questions were answered in the end.
