The interfaculty sports competitions have started at UNEC
The interfaculty sports competitions dedicated to the 31-st of December, the World Azerbaijanis’ Solidarity Day have started at UNEC.
The competitions will be organized in such kinds of sports as volleyball, badminton, table tennis, chess, judo, Greco-Roman wrestling and the freestyle wrestling.
The first competitions were held in volleyball. In the competition participated the teams of the Finance and Accounting, Economics, Technology and Design, Commodity Research, the Russian Economics School, the Turkish World Business Administration Faculty.
In the intense struggle the teams of the Turkish World Business Administration Faculty and the the Finance and Accounting Faculty had competed. The team of the Turkish World Business Administration Faculty had won the financiers with the score of 2:0. And the students of the Technology and Design faculty had fought with the Russian Economics School. The winner was the Russian Economics School with the score 2:0. The encounter betwen the faculty of Economics and the Commodity Research ended with the score 2:1 in the favor of economists.
It should be noted that, the volleyball coompetitions were led by Vahid Yolchuyev, the head coach of the “Sports Club”.
