Innovative Teaching Technology at UNEC: Dual Teaching
The model of “Dual teaching” has been applied for the first time at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The model implemented with the aim of applying innovative teaching technologies enables to conduct two disciplines in the auditorium at the same time.
The “Dual teaching” was applied to the first year undergraduates of the School of “Finance and Accounting”. The topic of the lesson conducted by a young instructor of the Department of “Foreign Languages” Aynur Mirzayeva was “Marketing”. The teaching staff member of the Department “Marketing” Ramil Jabbarov attended the lesson based on interactive methods as an expert of the area.
R.Jabbarov explained the terms in marketing mentioned by A.Mirzayeva in English, stating real examples of cases. He revealed the essence of specific features in domestic and global Marketing.
Speaking about the advantages of advanced European training technology “Dual teaching” system, UNEC’s young teachers noted the use of this method will be continued.
