The “Professors’ Club” was established at UNEC
The constituent conference of the “Professors’ Club” has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on May 6. UNEC Professors applied to be the members of the club joined the event.
The decision on establishing the “Professors’ Club” was made during the conference chaired by the Professor Arif Shakaraliyev.
Avaz Alakbarov, Irshad Kerimli, Arif Shakaraliyev, Mahish Ahmadov and Farhad Rahmanov were elected the members of the Presidium of “Professors’ Club”. Chairmanship of the Club was entrusted to Avaz Alakbarov. And Farhad Rahmanov was elected the Deputy Chairman. The election of Club’s Secretariat was also held at the event.
Head of the Secretariat became Nizami Khudiyev and the members Elnur Sadigov and Mubariz Baghirov.
The main goal of founding the club is to hold meetings for exchanging views on the achievements of classic and modern sciences, to support the talented young scientists and be represented in scientific, Cultural and massive events held in our Republic and abroad.
Membership is voluntary and every professor and doctor of sciences can join the club who is unanimous with the objectives set out.
It was noted the club is established by the Head of the Department of Finance and Financial Institutions, Dr. of Economy Avaz Alakbarov’s initiative.
