The staff of UNEC represent Azerbaijan at the international conference held in Switzerland

Nargiz Hajiyeva, the head of the UNEC Department of Organization of Scientific Activity, the head of the Council of Lady Researchers, and Jala Heydarova, a specialist of the international cooperation department, are participating in the SPSA Annual Congress, which is the annual scientific conference of the Swiss Political Science Association.
Azerbaijan was represented by UNEC employees at the congress organized at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. UNEC employee Jala Heydarova delivered a report on the migration policy of the European Union regarding Syrian and Ukrainian refugees at the “Comparative Politics” panel of the congress. After the presentation, she answered the researchers’ questions on the topic.
Nargiz Hajiyeva, as the director of the Empirical Methods working group of the Swiss Political Science Association, led the empirical methods panels on political sciences at the congress.
Nargiz Hajiyeva was re-appointed as the director of the Empirical Methods Working Group for the next 5 years at the SPSA Annual Scientific Assembly held at the Congress.
