On December 12, the UNEC staff visited the Alley of Honor on the occasion of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s Memorial Day.
The UNEC staff paid tribute to the dear memory of Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, and laid flowers in front of his grave.
