UNEC Professor’s book introduced to readers
Presentation of a book “Literary Sources and Literary Values” by a Professor of the Department of “Azerbaijani Language” Maarife Hajiyeva has been held at UNEC.
The outstanding poet, playwright and honored art figure Nariman Hasanzade, Dr. of the Rudhen University of Tehran Huseyn Soyturk, academic staff members of the School of Business and Management and the students joined the presentation of the book.
Highly evaluating the book, People’s poet Nariman Hasanzade said it was an indispensable work about Azerbaijan’s culture, literature, history and ethnography. The guest from Tehran emphasized the book interpreted into Persian would be very beneficial for Iran readers. The School Dean Miragha Ahmadov noted that UNEC employs not only prominent economists, but also notable scientists making important contributions in literature and culture like Ms Maarife Hajiyeva.
Author Maarife Hajiyeva said that she conducted analysis in contemporary literary process, history of this process and literary folk sources, literary contributions achieved within the independence and portrait records in her book more weight of which is national and moral values; been focusing on historical roots of Turkish and Azerbaijani literary cultural ties.
The author’s book “Literary Sources and Literary Values” signed by was presented to first readers in the end.
