UNEC’s Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov met with the participants of the Winter School organized in the Guba Training, Sports and Recreation Complex.
Firstly, A.Muradov delivered the information about the innovations implemented at the university. He said UNEC that pretend to become the world-class university, renders special attention to the build relations with young cadres. Three hundred young professionals, especially alumni of the leading universities of the globe have been involved to university recently. A.Muradov added that the role of young teachers would be increased at the university, which possess strong personnel potential. According to him, serious structural reforms are being held at the university in this connection. Rector stressed that special attention would be paid to cooperation with the active participants of the Differential Salary System. He made proposals for young teachers to be active in scientific-reseach works, start-up projects. Rector especially highlighted that he expects new initiatives and projects made by the young teachers.
The participants of the Winter School spoke about the innovations implemented at the university and the significance of the trainings; they made a series of proposals.
Afterwards, UNEC teachers who attended the Winter School were awarded certificates.
Note that, Professors of the Paris Sorbonne Abu-Dhabi Rida Ballaik Hourani and Litz David Richard conducted training to 115 teachers of UNEC at the Guba Training, Sports and Recreation Complex.
