Mountaineering type of Sports is of great interest by UNEC Students
Representatives of the Federation of Air and Extreme Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with the members of the Student Youth Organization (SYO) on November 5 at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Students were informed about the history of the federation during the meeting. Currently, 59 clubs from different organizations representing hundreds of athletes are the members of the federation. It was said that the Federation is the organizer of two World Cups and the athletes represented our country in international competitions.
The coordinator of the Federation on Work with Clubs Farid Mustafayev provided the students with the information about the history of mountaineering, mountaineering nodes, camp selection, types of tents and their appropriate setting and first aid.
