The exhibition was organized jointly by UNEC and Baku Metro CJSC. The exhibition featured 14 paintings reflecting the rich heritage of the thinker whose creativity was the focus of scientific and literary thought.
At the opening of the exhibition it was noted that this exhibition was also of great importance as one of the large-scale events in the country dedicated to the 650th anniversary of Nasimi. Because the exhibition was a work of young people, whose future life was not directly related to painting. It can be called civil and intellectual view relating both to the thinker’s creativity and to Azerbaijan’s rich cultural heritage. The project was highly appreciated in terms of identifying and developing the creative potential of UNEC students, promoting them to the general public and promoting the scientific-cultural values among the new generation.
The exhibition at the station attracted great interest from both the participants and the passengers. Reflection of Nasimi’s life and work with paintings gave the audience a real pleasure.
During the exhibition, Nasimi’s ghazals and compositions were also played.
The authors spoke to those who were interested in painting, talked about the subject of the works they had painted and the techniques they had used, gave recommendations to the enthusiasts.
