He was born in Asaghi Leyer village of Gusar region in 1951.
Finishing Asaghi Leyer village secondary school with medal in 1968, and then entered to the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economics.
He graduated “Economic cybernetics” chair of Azerbaijan Institute of National Economics with Honored diploma and get the specialty of engineer-economist in 1973.
In 1973, he started to working activity in Azerbaijan Institute of National Economics.
He had been on military service in Pacific Ocean Fleet for the period of 1974-1975 years.
Mr.Hajizalov graduated from post-graduate degree of Azerbaijan Institute of National Economics in 1978. He is the Doctor of philosophy in economics. As well, Mr.Hajizalov is associate professor.

Labor activity:
From 1978 until 2011 he had been working as lector, senior lector and associate professor in the chair of “Economic cybernetics” in ASEU.
In 2011-2012, Mr.Hajizalov had worked as the chairman of “Economic cybernetics” in ASEU.
Since 2013, he has been the head of “Econometrics” chair in ASEU.
He is the scientific secretary of Scientific-methodical Council of Economics department of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2011, he was awarded the name of “Advanced educational employee” and medal by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Scientific-methodical works
He is the author of more than 30 scientific works in the capacity of 100 printed pages. From them:
1. “ECONOMETRICS” textbooks – 2010, 2012, 2013 years, 37,5 printed pages.
2. “Economic cybernetics” textbook- 2011, 25 printed pages.
3. “Mathematical modeling of economic systems” textbook, Baku 2014, 25 printed pages.
4. “Structuring management systems” textbook- 1996, 6 printed pages.
He is married, has two children and five grandchildren.
