S/t Badirov Rashad Rashid oghlu
Badirovwas born in Sumgayit in 1975; he is Azerbaijani. He finished the secondary school 13 of Sumgayit in 1992.
He entered the School of “Manager Preparation” (Turkic World Administration) of the Institute of National Economy under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1992. In 1996 he graduated from the institute and in 1998 he was sent to Dumlupinar University of Social Sciences of Turkey by the Institute of the National Economy and Turkish World Research Foundation and became a Master on
“Accounting and Finance”. R.Badirov served as a teaching staff of the Institute of the National Economy under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan within 1998-2001.

He was registered as a researcher by the Department of “Business Administration” of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and is working on the Candidate’s paper on “Enhancing the Role of Capital Market in the Development of Business Problems”.
He is the author of 19 scientific works 13 of which are articles, 3 are training aids and one is a textbook.
R.Badirov began to serve at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics as a teaching staff of the Department “Organization of Management” in 2001, as a senior teacher at the Department of “Business Administration” since 2004 to present. Besides, he is a chairman of the Trade Unions’ Bureau of the School of Business Administration.
