The international conference will be attended by representatives of organizers, partner organizations and universities, as well as rectors of many universities , well-known academics of our country; along with Azerbaijan, totally scientists from 22 countries: USA, China, India, New Zealand, France, Germany, Turkey, Greece, Denmark, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Israel, Oman, Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Estonia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The opening of the conference will take place on February 13 at 10:00 am at Four Seasons Hotel (Neftchiler Avenue 1, Baku). The first day of the event will be followed by plenary sessions on “How digitalization, analytics and artificial intelligence can change business and society? “, “Venture capital investors’ vision for the evolution of digitalization”, “Development of digital economy and trade under the “One Belt and One Road” project .
The conference will continue at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Various topics on the application of digitalization in all sectors of the economy and its self-expression in education will be discussed in panels: “Digital Transformation of Public Administration”, “Regional Vision for Digital Cooperation”, “Digitalization of the Financial Sector”, “Digital Transformation of Social Spheres and Education.”
On the second day of the international conference, the plenary reports will be made on: “Digital Economy in Azerbaijan, Vision and Foreign Cooperation”, “Digital Economy: Risks and Solutions”, “Digitalization of the Silk Road: Opportunities and Challenges”, “The digital transformation process in Estonian public sector”. In addition, there will be speeches of scholars on the topic of the conference, discussions will be held at the section meetings titled “Technology in Digital Transformation”, “Humanitarian and Ethical Problems”, “Digital Currency and Electronic Commerce: Potential Risks and Benefits”, “Smart City: International Experience”.
The conference will also feature panel presentations by IT companies.
