• 050321 Design
• 050643 Daily used commodity technology engineering
• 050625 Technological machinery and equipment engineering
• 050647 Metrology, standardization and certification engineering

The admission for getting the second higher education is carried out only electronically. Wishing to be admitted to the courses on the above mentioned specialties should submit their documents electronically and in case of meeting the relevant requirements, they gain the right to get the second higher education.

The application for getting the second higher education is carried out through the following internet link:

http://www.kabinet. unec.edu.az

The acceptance of documents will be provided from May 21, 2018 to August 1.

 Wishing to get the second higher education should submit the following documents electronically:

• Application addressed to the rector;
• The notarized copy of higher education diploma (with the academic transcript);
• The letter of employment verification (if working);
• Extract from the employment record book (if applicable);
• 6 photos in 3×4 cm size;
• Copy of ID card.

Application forms for physical persons and the forms of letters of guarantee for legal entity 

NOTE: the graduates, who got education abroad after 1993 year, may get the second education only after their diplomas are recognized according to the existing rules by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The graduates of state and private higher education institutions can get the second higher education in accordance with the “Rules for the issuance of the relevant documents to the individuals trained on the content, organization and any aspect of additional education” approved by the resolution No. 163 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 16 September, 2010, in case if the difference between the basic education program on specialty and the education program of the re-acquired specialty is over one hour  than the hours calculated for one academic year.
