She was born on July 1, 1956 in Novosaratovka village of Gadabay region.
In 1963-1973 she studied at the Novosaratovka village secondary school.
In 1974, she entered the full-time department of the faculty of History of Azerbaijan State University, and in 1979 she graduated from the same university.
In 1980, she was appointed as a senior laboratory assistant at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1982-1983 she was on a scientific mission to the Institute of Philosophy of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
In December 1983, she was transferred to the position of junior researcher at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 1984-1989 she was a graduate student of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan SSR (without leaving the production).
In 1991, she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences.
In March 1995, she was appointed acting associate professor at the department of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since August 1999, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the “Philosophy” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is the author of about 25 scientific-methodical works.
She is married and has three children and grandchildren.
