Candidate of chemical sciences, Associate Professor, Jafarov Rasul Valiulla
He was born on February 4, 1947 in Kechili village of Shahbuz district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1970 he graduated from Chemical Technology faculty of Azerbaijan Petrochemical Institute (present Azerbaijan Oil Academy).
In 1979, he defended his dissertation work and received Ph.D. in chemical sciences.

In 1982 worked in the Sumgayit branch of Azerbaijan Petrochemical Institute.
Since 2000 he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Physics and Chemistry at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is the author of more than 50 scientific works.
Married, has four children.
