She was born in Baku on May 11, 1967.
1974-1984 she at studied secondary school №13 of Yasamal district of Baku.
In 1984 she worked as a medical registrar in city polyclinic № 3.
In 1985-1990 she studied at the faculty of history of Baku State University.
From 1991 to 1995, she worked as a guide at the museum of S.Kirov, as a librarian, a junior scientific worker at the Museum of Azerbaijan Independence,.
In 1995-1996 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the faculty of Law of Azerbaijan Commercial Institute.

Since 2001 she has been the lecturer of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Currently she is the associate professor of the department of “International Relations and Diplomacy” (0.75) and “Civil Defense” (0.25).
In 2012 she defended her thesis on “Tax system in Northern Azerbaijan (the second half of the 19th century – early twentieth century)”.
Married, has two children.
