Economist Patriots Organization operating at Azerbaijan State University of Economics was established in 2016 under the name of the Economist-Patriots Center. By the decision of the Scientific Council of UNEC dated 08.12.2018, the Statute of the organization was adopted.
Economist Patriots Organization was established to increase the activity of students in the public life of the educational institution, to ensure the effective organization of leisure time, to instill the spirit of patriotism in young people, guided by the common interests and the principles of volunteerism.
EPO is an organization based on the common interests of students and the principles of volunteerism at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. The main purpose of EPO is to raise the spirit of patriotism among students. Carrying out of actions in this direction is to conduct patriotic propaganda among students, to establish close ties between the families of martyrs and veterans and students, to visit the frontline areas and to provide students with accurate information about the battle routes of our heroes. The organization has implemented many projects and activities in this direction.
EPO also operates in the Zagatala branch of UNEC and is chaired by Ali Ahmadzadeh.
