Training- workshop held within the TEMPUS UNIVIA Project of UNEC
A training- seminar within the TEMPUS UNIVIS Project on The Development and Improvement of the University Administration in International Affairs” coordinated by Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) was held through October 26 to November 6 at the European partner of the Project University of Malaga of Spain.
The relevant employees of partners of the Project the State University of Ganja, State University of Nakhchivan, the Economic and Trade University of Paltava (Ukraine), the International University of Kirgizstan and the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Services of Tajikistan participate in a two- week training- seminar.
The coordinator of the Project UNEC is represented in the event by the employees of the International Relations Department. Lectures on the mechanism of the organization of international relations, criteria for selecting the partner universities, the experience of the implementing student and teacher exchange, attraction of foreign students, the successful promotion of the university in international arena, marketing arrangements, effective website and social media activities and educational projects will be heard and discussions will be held.
The participants of the training have inspected campuses (training facilities), schools and libraries of the University of Malaga which is the largest university of Andalusia region of Spain and got closely acquainted with the university’s strategy on international affairs, structure of the international relations office and its employees’ activity.
Broad information about the development of the KA1 and KA2 projects of the Erasmus+ Program implemented within the last two years and its execution mechanisms was delivered during the seminar and the issue of the possibility of UNEC to be the participant of these projects was also discussed.
It should be noted that, during the presentation the successful reforms realized at UNEC within the last two years were especially pointed by each partner university.
