The 6 students of UNEC have gained the honorary title of Azercell scholarship holders.

The winners of the Student Scholarship program, announced by the leading mobile provider Azercell Telecom for 2017, have been determined. The 25 students from over than 1200 applied to the program were awarded the Azercell scholarship. There are the III-rd year students Ramal Verdiyev, Ilkin Sultanov, Ramil Karamli, the IV-th year students Elnara Məmmədzadeh, Mayıl Mammadli from SABAH groups and the IV-th year student of the International Economics School of  UNEC among them.

Azercell Scholarship Program was announced on September 15. The young people, wishing to become the professional in their field, and lay the groundwork for their future career have the opportunity to apply to the Scholarship Program. The goal of the program is to demonstrate the special care for the successfully studied and distinguished students, and support the formation of young people with high potential as a professional. The talented students, admitted to the program will receive the scholarship determined by the company Azercell until the end of their current study period. At the same time, these conditions will also be created for the career development of the students. So that, they will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge in the telecommunications area, participate in the company’s corporate and social activities, join the various trainings and intern at a company.

Azercell company presents the Student Scholarship Program from 2008, every academic year. Until now, more than 150 students getting education at the different universities of Azerbaijan have been awarded the honorary title of company’s scholarship holders.
