She was born on September 8, 1969.
In 1976-1986 she studied at school No. 42 in the city of Baku.
After leaving school with honours in 1986, she entered the faculty of Finance and Statistics of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics), in 1990 she graduated with honors in “Statistics”.
In 1991-1995 she studied at the full-time graduate school of the University of Economics.
On October 12, 1995, she was appointed a teacher at the “Statistics” department as a young specialist.

On May 7, 1997, she defended her thesis on “Economic and statistical study of the efficiency of agricultural production” at the one-time Specialized Council of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics and received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Since 2000 she has been working as a senior lecturer at the department, since 2002 as an associate professor of the “Statistics” department. She is currently an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, UNEC.
Married and has two children.
