Doctor of Physical-mathematical Sciences, Professor, Karimov Adalat Karim
He was bornon July 3, 1954, in Hasili village of Barda district.
In 1976, he graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Institute named after M. Azizbeyov (now Azerbaijan State Oil Academy).
In 1985, after defending his thesis, he was awarded the scientific title of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
From 1995 to 1999, he worked as a Ph.D. student at the Computer Center of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
From 1996- to 1998, he was a professor at the “Discrete Mathematics” department of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

In 1999, he defended his doctoral thesis in physical and mathematical sciences.
From 2006- to 2009, he worked as the head of the department “Economics and information systems and Technologies” of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
From 2010- to 2017, he was a professor at the Department of “Information Economy and Technologies” of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Currently, he is a professor in the “Digital Technologies and applied informatics” department of UNEC.
He is the author of 47 scientific-methodical works.
He is married and has three children and grandchildren.
