UNEC’s Meeting with Schoolchildren is has come to an end
Starting from March 1, the employees of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) visited leading schools of Baku city and met with upper class schoolchildren aiming to attract literate young people to University.
Trips to 20 educational institutions including the Humanitarian Lyceum №2 of Sabail district of Baku, secondary school №7, Classic Gymnasium №160, secondary schools of Nasimi district №1, 54, 240, 159 and technical and humanitarian lyceum №16, secondary schools of Yasamal district №21, 167, 158, 13, 53, secondary schools of Khatai district №147 and 27, secondary schools №32 and №220 of Nizami district, Narimanov district lyceum complex, secondary school №258 and “Istek” lyceum had been organized.
Pupils were in detail provided with the information about UNEC and innovations applied there. Being the biggest university of economic profile of the region, UNEC is the only Azerbaijan University to have a branch in Russia. Teaching is held here in 4 languages- Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish. UNEC is the biggest higher education institution for the number of its students.
Students have been distributed leaflets and demonstrated a video reflecting the broad information about UNEC. Questions by the pupils have been responded in the end.
