UNEC Students were sent to Internship abroad
Students of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) will get summer internship in Russian Federation.
A group consisting of third-year undergraduates of UNEC Schools of Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economy and Industry and Commerce went to Saint-Petersburg. They will get the internship at Saint-Petersburg branch of the Foreign Trade Bank (Bank VTB 24) of Russia. The Internship Program is implemented according to the contract signed with the Saint- Petersburg branch of the Foreign Trade Bank (Bank VTB 24) of Russian Federation and the agreement signed with the Saint-Petersburg branch of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
The Professor of the Department Finance and Financial Institutions, Dr of Economy of Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan Elnur Sadigov was appointed the Head of Internship for the students’ placement, their registration in the Migration Service of Russian Federation, and daily supervision at banks. Elnur Sadigov noted that various events are carried out at UNEC for the adaptation of education to the world standards. He thinks it necessary that the students acquire the experiences of the world’s leading countries. The Professor also said that UNEC is the only university of Republic the students of which get internship abroad.
