She was born on April 7, 1962 in Baku.
In 1979, she left secondary school No. 16 in Baku.
In 1979-1983 she studied at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics) majoring in Economics.
In 1983-1988 she worked as an economist in the Public Catering Union of 26 Baku Commissars district (now Sabail) of Baku.
From 1889-to 1993 she worked as an economist in the Special Design Bureau of the Institute of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.
In 1993-2002 she worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.
She is a student for a degree of the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.
In 2002-2011, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant and teacher at the “Economic Analysis and Audit” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since 2011 she has been working as a senior lecturer at the department.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of Accounting and Auditing of UNEC.
Married and has two children.
