UNEC Scholars will conduct Research on expanding Trade between Azerbaijan and India
A special representative of “Global South Development Magazine” Hriday Sarma who made a trip to Azerbaijan within the Visiting Research Fellows’ Exchange Program visited UNEC on March 15.
Discussions about conducting research on expanding trade relations between India and Azerbaijan and significance of collaboration were made within the meeting with the Director of Scientific-Research Institute of Economic Studies under UNEC, Professor Yadulla Hasanli.
The meeting targeted in rendering support to the research carried out by H.Sarma in international level, a senior research fellow of the SRIES, Associate Professor Elman Ibishov made a presentation on “The North-South International Transport Corridor and the Economic Expectations of Azerbaijan”. Views on interesting issues were exchanged within the meeting attended by a Deputy Director of the SRIES, Professor Rovshen Guliyev. The cooperation opportunities on the available project were looked through.
