Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Guliyev Eldar Nadir
He was born on November 26, 1948 in the family of a teacher in the village of Jandar, Marneuli district, Republic of Georgia.
He left the Russian school No. 1 in the city of Marneuli, Republic of Georgia.
In 1967, he entered the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics) and graduated with honors in 1971.
After graduating from postgraduate studies, in 1989, he defended his candidate’s thesis at the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after N.A. Voznosensky, major 080006. He is a candidate of economic sciences.
Until 2017, he was an associate professor of the “Marketing” department of UNEC. Since September 2017, he is an associate professor of the “Economics” department of the Russian School of Economics of UNEC.
He is the author of up to 100 scientific articles, educational programs, methodical materials and educational materials. In 2023, one article was published in the “Statistics News” journal, and the other one is in the publishing house.
He is married and has four children.
