On April 22 the Chief the Public Relations Department of Baku City State Road Police, Colonel Vagif Asgerov has become a guest to Radio UNEC. Answering the teaching and student staffs’ questions within the program dedicated to the Road Safety Week, the Colonel has delivered the information about the organization of road safety, driver- pedestrian relations and traffic rules in detail.
