The final report meeting of UNEC’s Nizami Ganjavi Center for Sustainable Development and Green Economy (Center) took place.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Vugar Karimov, along with board members Elmar Mammadov, Senior Advisor of the Secretariat of the First Vice President, Huseyn Huseynov, Head of the Sustainable Development Department of the Ministry of Economy, Etibar Abbasov, Head of Tamiz Shahar OJSC, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KOBIA Deputy Samir Khumbatov, MP, Vice-Rector of Ganja State University Parvin Karimzadeh, Director of BMDM Fariz Ahmadov, and the Head of the Center, Gulnar Mirzayeva, were in attendance.
During the meeting, Gulnar Mirzayeva presented the Center’s annual report. The report highlighted achievements made during the previous year, projects that were successfully implemented, collaborations with international organizations, conferences organized, research conducted, and other pertinent information. Following the report, discussions took place regarding the Center’s action plan for 2023, with participants offering suggestions and recommendations.
