A workshop held at UNEC: “Horizon 2020”
A workshop on “A Glance to Socio- economic Projects of 2016/2017 the European Union Horizon 2020 Program” has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) on June 6. The seminar was organized with the initiative of UNEC and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). The seminar was attended by 8 well- known experts and the national representatives of the program “Horizon 2020” in accordance with the directions of the Program “Horizon 2020”.
The Director of Technology Transfer Center of UNEC Aydin Huseynov made a presentation on “Researchers’ participation opportunities in the Socio-economic and Humanitarian Programs of Horizon 2020”. The seminar went on with discussions on 6 panels after the reporting.
In general issues of science, information and communication technologies, food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, clean and efficient energy, inclusive and reflective societies, environment and transportation were mentioned during the discussions.
