The director of SIER (Scientific Institute for Economic Research), professor Yadulla Hasanli gave the information to the guest on the researches carried out and spoke about the implemented here projects. In the meeting were discussed the ways of establishing and developing the bilateral relations and were considered the further cooperation issues. Within the discussions the preliminary agreement on signing the memorandum for mutual cooperation and publishing joint scientific articles were reached.
