Candidate of Technical sciences. Assistant Professor, Omarova Elza Madat

In 1974 she left II Shikhli Sarivalli village secondary school of Gazakh region.

In 1979 she graduated from  Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D.Bunyadzade with a degree in “Technology and organization of public catering.”

In 1983-1984 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the “Canning Technology” department of  Azerbaijan Institute of Technology, majoring in “Technology and organization of public catering”, from that year he gave hourly classes, then as a laboratory manager. In 1989, she worked as an assistant at the department of “Technology of public catering, meat and dairy products.” He did an internship in Mogilev, Belarus, and in 1990-1996 studied at the Mogilev Institute of Technology as a postgraduate student. During this period, she received a degree in engineering research at the Mogilev Institute of Technology. In 1996, she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. For some time she worked as an assistant at the Azerbaijan Institute of Technology.

From 1997 to 2000 she worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor at the department of “Food Technology” of the Baku State Commodity-Commercial Institute.

Because of establishment of  Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2000 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 718, she worked as an associate professor at the department of Food Technology.

She is currently an associate professor at the department of “Engineering and Applied Sciences”, UNEC. During his tenure, he also served as chairman of the Free Trade Union of the Faculty of “Technology and Design”.

She has published more than 142 scientific works, including “Theoretical Foundations of Food Technology”, “Microbiology, Sanitation and Hygiene”, “Laboratory Practicum from the course of Food Technology” textbooks and manuals, numerous programs and guidelines, scientific articles and theses.

She has presented papers and published theses at numerous scientific conferences at the national level, as well as at international conferences. Theses and scientific materials published in the conference proceedings in Mogilev and Kiev are of this kind.

In 2009, 2015, 2017 and 2018 she was awarded a special diploma at the scientific and technical conference of Mogilev Food University.
