Cand.of Econ., S/t. Rafiyev Aydin Aghali
Rafiyev Aydin Aghali oghlu was born on April 29 1958 in Baku.
In 1975 he entered the School of Finance-credit of the Azerbaijan Institute of the National Economy (current Azerbaijan State University of Economics) in 1975.
He graduated from the institute in 1979. He served as a senior economist in Azerbaijan Republic Construction bank in this year. Within 1983-1986 he became a full-time post graduate student of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute named after Ch. Ildirim.
A.A.Rafiyev became a Candidate on Economy after he defended the dissertation in 1988.

Within 1986-1995 he served as an assistant and then a senior teacher at the department of “Industrial Economy” of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute.
In 1995-1996s he was a director of the “Trade” branch of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Republic.
A.A.Rafiyev had taken a course on “Banking on Agriculture” within the TASIS Program in 1996.
Since 1998 he has been working as a senior teacher at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is married, has got two children.
