The staff of the Ministry of Finance meet with UNEC students
Students of the Finance and Accounting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) have met with the staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The dean of the faculty, Associate Professor Hafis Hajiyev, opened the event and emphasized the importance of the Ministry of Finance’s attention to the university in preparing financiers who meet the requirements of the modern labor market. He noted that these meetings play an important role in the formation of professional competencies and career development of students studying “Finance” and “Accounting”.
Then Elman Huseynov, head of the Human Resources Management Department of the Ministry of Finance made extensive reports on «Opportunities for the career development of young people in the Ministry of Finance”, Zaman Huseynov, deputy director of the Center for the Preparation of the medium-term expenditure framework, “Activity directions of the Ministry of Finance”, Rena Huseynova, sector manager of the international cooperation department, “The role of the Ministry of Finance in her career development”, Ayten Ismayilova, sector manager of the Human resources management department, “Professional development of employees in the Ministry of Finance” and Leman Ismayilova, leading consultant of the Human resources management department, on the topics “Hiring process in the Ministry of Finance”.
At the end of the event, which continued in the form of a discussion, the students’ questions were answered.
