A competition is announced for teachers who want to work in the MBA program of the UNEC Business School in the academic year 2024/2025.

Since the teaching of the MBA Program is practically oriented, preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field, IT and financial literacy, high pedagogical qualities and other skills.

Teaching is organized in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.

LIST OF SUBJECTS

Requirements for application:

• Must have a Master’s degree;
• The diploma of foreign university graduates must be recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Candidates with a PhD are preferred;
• authorship of a scientific article, textbook, subject program is desirable;
• Preference is given to those who have relevant (IELTS and TOEFL) language certificates for the subjects taught in the English department;
• English-language graduates are not required to have a language certificate;
• Preference is given to candidates who can teach at least two sections (Azerbaijani, English or Russian);
• Letter of consent from the main workplace.

Preference will be given to candidates with certificates and diplomas mentioned below.

In financial subjects: CFA (II and III level) 

In Accounting:  ACCA (FA, MA, BL, PM, TX, FR, AA, FM) F1-F9).

In logistics and supply chain management: ASCM Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD), ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional certification (CSCP), SCPro Council of Supply Chain Management Fundamentals, etc.

In Marketing: Google Digital Marketing Certificate, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, SEMrush Academy SEO Toolkit Course, Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate , Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Specialist Certification, Google Ads Certification, Google Search, Display, Video, Shopping Ads, Apps and Analytics, Meta Certification – Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, CIM Certificate (Chartered Institute of Marketing), NIMA Certificate (Netherlands Institute of Marketing) etc.

In machine and deep learning: TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute Certifications, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AI Tensor Flow Developer Specialization (Coursera), Stanford University’s CS229: Machine Learning (Coursera), Python Institute Certification (PCAP, PCPP, PCAP-31-02, PCPP-32-1), Microsoft Certified: Python Developer Associate, Google IT Automation with Python Professional Certificate (Coursera), Codecademy Python Certificate, etc.

In data analytics: Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA) Data Analyst, MIT MicroMasters Program in Statistics and Data Science (edX), Harvard University’s Data Science Certificate , Dataquest Data Analyst Path, etc.

In Cyber ​​security: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Google IT Support Professional Certificate (Coursera), CISCO Networking Academy Cybersecurity Courses etc.

Candidates meeting the mentioned requirements will be invited to the interview stage.

At the interview stage, the following personal skills of the candidates will be checked:

• Preparing a syllabus for the subject;
• Conducting a sample lesson, transferring knowledge to the audience during teaching.
