Starcom Azerbaijan is pleased to announce the launch of an internship program designed for fourth-year university students and graduates of UNEC.
This program offers participants the opportunity to become part of a global media agency, gain hands-on experience working with leading international clients, and enhance their professional development. Additionally, interns will acquire valuable skills in workplace ethics, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, management, professional email correspondence, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Prospective candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A strong interest in learning and professional development within the field of marketing;
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA) or current enrollment as a fourth-year university student;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (fluency in Russian is an advantage);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design, basic Excel skills, and competency in Microsoft Word;
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with a strong sense of teamwork.
Program Benefits
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:
- Engage in daily operations related to television, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and other media services as part of our team;
- Develop a fundamental understanding of various media services and industry tools;
- Assist and contribute to tasks assigned by managers across different departments;
- Demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking by introducing new ideas;
- Acquire essential skills in workplace professionalism, planning, monitoring and evaluation, management, email communication, coordination, and administrative tasks.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 17:00
