Journalists at SABAH Groups
Press-tour organized by the Ministry of Education was held to SABAH Groups of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics on March 5. Journalists got familiar with the condition created for SABAH Groups, attended classes.
Head of the Ministry of Education SABAH Groups Project’s Executive Committee Elchin Aghakishiyev spoke about the importance of the project to journalists. He noted that the project is focused on conducting classes to selected students with modern methods and methodology. All of the teaching staff was passed through the Ministry of Education’s Commission. The curricula were drawn so that along with the intensive English language teaching, students are successfully taught by the foreign instructors. Students studying in these groups are provided with a special scholarship, free dormitory and meals 3 times a day.
Head of the ASUE’s SABAH Groups Center Aida Guliyeva spoke about the condition created for SABAH Groups at the University. She pointed that the teaching process at SABAH Groups are organized on the basis of special program. Teaching English and core disciplines are preferred. Students meet with the company directors, public representatives and officials within the education which improve the SABAH Group students’ future career and recruitment opportunities significantly.
