“Project Info Day” within the framework of the TEMPUS Project held at UNEC
“Project Info Day” was held within the framework of the TEMPUS Project “Development and Improvement of the University Administration on International Relations” UNIVIA the coordinator of which is Azerbaijan State University of Economics (ASUE).
The employees of the Project Partners Baku State University, Sumgait State University, Nakhchivan State University, Ganja State University, the National University of Economics of Kiev, Economic University of Kirgizstan (Kirgizstan) and Kujand State University (Tajikistan) took part at the event. Relevant employees on international affairs of non- partner universities such as Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, the University of Caucasus and Baku Slavic University joined the event.
Head of the Section on Students’ Support of the Ministry of Education Sulhaddin Gozalov spoke about the TEMPUS UNIVIA Project to be supported and highly appreciated by the Ministry during his speech.
Head of the National Erasmus+ Office Parviz Baghirov noted that the partners would be the participants of the kind of projects in future too, appreciating the TEMPUS UNIVIA as a successful project.
Vice- rector of ASUE for International Affairs and Programs Shahin Bayramov spoke about the work done and gained achievements within the period of a year and a half. He expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Education, partner universities and the National Erasmus+ Office in Azerbaijan for their close relation in the realization of the Project.
Information about the Project’s impact in the field of international cooperation of the universities and the events planned to be implemented within the project in the future was delivered during the event.
Also presentation on the events held within the Project at the partner universities was given by their representatives.
In the end of the event the participants’ questions were responded and views were exchanged.
