Turana Ilgar gizi Jabbarova
Born on December 18, 1998, in Hajigabul district, Azerbaijan. She completed her secondary education between 2005 and 2016.
In 2017, she enrolled at the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization and Management in 2021. Subsequently, she pursued her Master’s degree in Management in Public Structures at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), completing her studies in 2023.

Ms. Jabbarova currently serves as the Executive Assistant at the Career Planning and Development Department of UNEC.
