Gilan Textile Park Representatives at ASUE
The delegation of the “Gilan Textile Park” invited by the School of Technology and Design met with the students of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
The students became acquainted with the processes going on the enterprise by the HR Department Director Mehriban Akhundova who demonstrated a video on technological process applied during the production at the institution. She pointed that the “Gilan Textile Park” is the most modern complex combining textile, dyeing and decorating and sewing factories. High quality knitted goods, fabrics of different types and ready-made items are produced here applying the most contemporary technologies brought from Belgium and Holland. She also mentioned that the enterprise is in need for the specialists on textile industry and added: “We shall select our personnel form ASUE graduates and we intend for the durable cooperation with the University. With this aim in mind we shall first enroll the students on textile engineering and designer of the School of Technology and Design to get interned. The most active ones will be recruited.”
