Rauf Mohubbat oghlu Hajiyev
Born on May 18, 1994, in Sumgayit.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Sumgayit State University between 2014 and 2018. He later completed his master’s studies in Management in State Structures at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Baku Engineering University from 2018 to 2020.
His professional journey began in 2014, when he worked as a Credit Specialist at “AzərTürBank” OJSC. In 2015, he transitioned to the role of Electronic Vehicle Scale Operator at “Baku Metro” CJSC DBKI Division. From 2016 to 2017, he served as an Engineer-Programmer, followed by his role as Site Supervisor (Deputy Head of Workshop) from 2017 to 2020. Since 2018, he has also been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union Committee.

In 2020, he assumed the position of Head of the Technical Production Department and Chief Technologist. Additionally, during 2022–2023, he contributed as an MC Excel instructor at the UNEC Lifelong Learning Center.
At present, he is the Head of the Training and Education Department and an MC Excel instructor at HR Vision Training Company. He also teaches MC Excel and Excel Expert courses at Innab Business School. Furthermore, he holds a part-time teaching position at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in the Department of Career Planning and Development.
He is married.
