Doctor of Economic Sciences., Professor., Hasanov Heydar Sardar
He was born on November 18, 1962 in Baku.
In 1982, he graduated from Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1991 he defended his dissertation at Leningrad Institute of Financial Economics named after N.A. Voznesensky in Leningrad, Russia.
From 1997 to 2012 he was an associate professor of the department of “Management”.
Since 2012, he has been a professor at the department of “Management” of UNEC.
For the first time in Azerbaijan, he has written scientific articles on bankruptcy and reorganization of holding and leasing companies and enterprises.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, he was awarded “Taraggi” medal on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and for his services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.
He is the author of more than 100 scientific and methodological works, and co-author of the textbooks, including: “Large Entrepreneurship” and “Foundation Stones of Corporate Governance”, “Management”, “Modern Management I and II”, “Anti-Crisis Management”, “State and Municipal Administration”, “Management Decisions”.
He is married and has three children.
