He was born on December 31, 1953, in Sharur, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 1974, he graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D.Bunyadzade (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics), faculty of General Economics, and began his career in the Computing Center of the same institute.
From 1974 to 2001, he worked at the institute in various positions, from senior laboratory assistant to the leading programmer, group leader.
In 1975-1979 he studied at the graduate school of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy.
In February 2001, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Economic Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In December 2001, he was elected the headteacher of the department through a competition;
In July 2010, he was elected associate professor.
In 2007 he defended his thesis on “Macroeconomic analysis and mathematical modelling of population consumption” at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences B / D 01.121 Dissertation Council on the specialty “08.00.13 – Mathematical and instrumental methods of economics”. He received a PhD.
He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, UNEC.
He is the author of more than 30 scientific works, including 1 monograph and textbook.
He has repeatedly presented at international and national scientific conferences.
Married and has two children.
