PhD in Econom., senior lecturer, Mursalov Muslim Mursal
He was born on February 27, 1971 in Ismatli village of Bilasuvar region.
He graduated from secondary school in 1988 with a silver medal.
In 1993, he graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic Institute with honors.
In 1994-1997 he studied at the full-time postgraduate course of the same University.
In 1997-2001 he received his second education at Baku State University, majoring in Law.
In 2010, he defended his PhD thesis on “Issues of state regulation of social infrastructure in a market economy”.
He is PhD in Economics.
He is the author of more than 15 scientific articles and participated in the translation of 3 textbooks.
Since 1994, he has been working at the Department of Economic Regulation.
He is currently the headteacher of the department.
