She was born on August 7, 1966, in Baku.
In 1983, she entered the faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University named after N.Tusi, and in 1988 she graduated from the same university.
She worked as a mathematics teacher in Baku schools No. 95 and No. 126.
In 1994, she defended her thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

Since 1998, she has been an associate professor at the Mathematics Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2020, she has been an associate professor of “Mathematics and Statistics”.
She is the author of more than 20 scientific articles.
Married and has two children.
