Cand. of Biolog.scien., Assoc. prof., Raziyev Safar Amin
He was born in 1957 in Gakh-Mugal village of Gakh region.
In 1965-1975 he graduated from Gakh district secondary school No.1.
In 1975 he was admitted to the faculty of physics of Baku State University graduating in 1980 majoring in physics, physics teacher.
In the same year he was sent to work at the Azerbaijan Scientific-Research Agricultural Institute. In 1982, he was admitted to the correspondence department of graduate school at the same institute. In 1988, he defended his dissertation at Moscow State University and received the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences (Biophysics). He continued his scientific and pedagogical activity in1989. He worked as a teacher, deputy director, director in secondary and higher education institutions. In 2001-2005 he worked as the director of the Zaqatala branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers’ Institute.

In 2004 he was awarded the title of associate professor.
In 2008, he won the “Best Teacher of the Year” competition. In 2008, 2010, 2012 he was awarded honorary diplomas of the Executive Power of Zaqatala region for his active participation in the social and political life of the region and his services in training and education of the young generation.
He is the author of 41 scientific, educational, methodical articles, including 5 teaching aids.
Married and has two children.
He is currently the head of the department of “Economics and Management” of the Zaqatala Branch of UNEC.
