Turkish experience at UNEC: Rector meets with Turkish professors
UNEC Rector Professor Adalat Muradov has met with the academic staff s of leading Turkish universities who will deliver training at the university.
The rector, who met with professors and teachers of Hacettepe, Istanbul, Ankara, Yıldız Technical, Gazi, Artvin Coruh, Ostim Technical universities, informed them about the goals of the university. He said that international experience is regularly studied in order to increase the pedagogical qualities of teachers at UNEC. So far, about 1,700 online pieces of training on 187 new subjects have been held with the participation of experts from foreign universities, and 732 employees have successfully completed the trainings. The rector expressed his confidence that the traditional training that will be held for the first time would be useful for the teaching staff to acquire new knowledge and apply international experience.
Then the Turkish professors shared their impressions of UNEC’s teaching process, infrastructure, and laboratories that meet modern standards and highly appreciated the created conditions. The Turkish guests said that trainings and lectures on 10 new subjects to be taught at UNEC started on April 3.
At the meeting, discussions were held in the direction of inter-university cooperation, writing of joint articles, preparation of projects, expansion of international relations, as well as academic exchange.
Training will continue until April 8.
