The second session of the permanent council on “Self-assessment and Quality Improvement” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) has been held on January 28. The discussion of five issues has been included to the agenda of the session chaired by UNEC Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov.
The rules of the “Evaluation of the books submitted for publication” and the proposals on the mechanism for exchange of the students and teachers between UNEC and other higher education institutions have been discussed within the session. After the opinions by the members of the council were heard the improvement of both issues has been recommended until the next meeting.
Discussing the “Identification of the directions of Quality Ambassadors’ activities, their powers and duties, the monitoring forms of lectures and seminars” members of the council decided the improvement and the adoption of the document.
After the council members’ discussions, the project on “The development of UNEC- Business Relations and the Improvement of the Graduates Recruitment Process” and the draft order about “The Measures to Strengthen Training Discipline” have been adopted.
In the end, UNEC Rector, Professor Adalat Muradov gave relevant instructions to improve matters on the agenda.
