The Project “Academy of Volunteers” has been completed at UNEC
The Project of “Academy of Volunteers” has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The Project held by the Youth Fund under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is focused on popularization of volunteer activity among the youth and formation of the volunteering culture as well.
The first year students of the Faculty Technology and Design of UNEC have got three day training within the project. Philosophy of volunteering has been promoted through the training for the students who have never been volunteers. Information about how to be the volunteers of the rally Formula 1 to be held in our country and concentrated by the entire globe. The Deputy Chairman of the NAP Union of Youth Ali Panahov and the Head of the Department on Organizational Affairs Elmar Mammadov apoke about the importance of the volunteering and the fact that they can carry out the activity as volunteers in NAP UY as well.
Students were awarded the certificates of the participants at the end.
The Head of the “Academy of Volunteers” is a third year undergraduate of the Faculty Technology and Design Jamila Abdullayeva.
